Anyone played the Legend of Mir 3?

Thought id make this after seeing another thread about old 2D MMORPG's.

I played this for about 2 years and was on the Gelu Server. Kinda took over my life, with it being the first MMO.

Anyone else play this? I Quit when they sold out to an American Company. Forgot the name.

IF i could go back to the old KOS Clan and leave LOTRO i so would Never seen a game with the same Open PVP style combat which MIR3 had.

It died. It go re released by WeMade in Europe but they shut it down late last year/early this year.

Cheers dude, still a member but a lot of the lads left KoS before i left. So my acc no longer works.

I heard WeMade where making a Mir4, but i guess thats a fail now.

Agreed about Mir 2 - its funny when people talk about put this and that into Guild Wars 2 or Diablo 3 or whatever mmo they are talking about and Mir had loads of that stuff , PvP systems good loot etc, mad fights - was great times indeed.

Only thing i enjoyed in MMo's. I dont understand the whole battleground thing. It kinda represses the PvP'ers.

Used to get texts at 1 in the morning saying the chinese are fighting, and id sneak downstairs and log straight on. The times.

Mir 2 phoenix server lvl 47 wizzy

Mir 3 europe server lvl 78 wizzy

I kicked ass!

I left before the 'reborn' thing.

Level 48 Tao I did pwn. 2nd best Tao on their woop. Kit wise.

I had a play on a Pserver. The GFX's kind of failed for me now very disappoint.

I played on Ignis (think Gelu was the other server at the time) as a warrior called Perihelion. Have good memories of this game. Shame it stayed popular in KR and not over here.

I was on the Gelu server. Good times. Just waiting for a new MMO with the same PVP style system.
