Anyone playing supreme commander FA on sandybridge?

Just wondered if anyone else has been playing FA on a SandyBridge setup? As I've only had Pentium Dualcore untill the sandybridge, so was always struggling to play at a reasonable speed, but now with SB it's great, only problem is it keeps crashing one me

I'm pretty sure it's not because of the OC stability, as I can play other games fine, run prime for 12 hours, IBT for 40 runs etc...

I was just wondering if it's (somehow) a problem with the game using SB, or if I have another problem somewhere...

Have you tried using the core optimiser for Supreme commander? Never experienced crashes before on Supreme commander (I7 overclocked to 4.2 here) but Supcom and FA were notorious for not distributing tasks properly on multicore processors.

Yea, I am using the core optimiser, even with it, my old CPU was at 100%, now spread across all cores, with 8 players, it doesn't get past about 50%
