Been let down by a catalogue for delivery of a multigym so i'm a bit annoyed and want to order from a place that can deliver asap.
The one I had on order was the Weider Pro 3000, http://www.gymworld.co.uk/prodpage.asp?ProdID=1531 which I'd managed to find for £175 from a catalogue company I work for, initially it was 3 weeks wait so was expecting it end of jan, then it got put back again to first week in Feb, now just checked its been put back to first week in March, so i'm not really prepared to wait for the item.
Can anyone recommend a similar home gym for a similar price?

Its still Jan, you could get a good deal at a local gym :]
Or is that not an option?

Personally £200 could get you a nice bench and plenty of weights (DB and BB), this would allow you to do everything (except lat pull down) and more than that multi gym without taking up all the space.

Space is not really a restriction its going in the loft, going the multi gym route as its best for my mum and dad to use also. More convenient and easier for them than a set of free weights and a bench.

Hmm, how about get a set of free weights, bench, and some lighter dumbbells (even the fixed ones?) for the 'rents then?

I'd love to have a big space inside to have a decent weights setup, at the moment signed up to the gym but cancelling that in a couple of months so I can re-open the patio gym :p
