Anyone recommend a shoutbox?

I remember back in the day when these were all the rage. I had one that ended up getting spammed to hell, lol. Anyway, i'm thinking of adding one to a streaming media/global comms project we're doing here. Our tutor has suggested we need more interaction with the users and i thought that would be a nice and simple thing to add. I thought i'd add it as a nav subsection, eg.

show video | show audio | comment

Simple really. So has anyone got any recommendations of any out there? There seems to be a fair few about!

is it going to be hosted yourself,using your webhosting. or want one thats hosted on the shoutbox makers website, thingy bob?

ive used one called floodbox, it was hard to find though, so if you need it ill try and dig it out and send you it if you like
