Anyone recommend an expandable hose for gardening?

I like the look of these expandable lightweight hoses but on every review that I have seen there are people who have had them burst on them or have leaky joints. I have a hozelock rubber type at the moment and whilst it's great for connecting to a power washer, it is heavy and cumbersome to keep getting out.

So does anyone have one and recommend a particular brand / model? I will just be using it for watering the garden and the using the heavy hozelock for everything else.

I've heard the same, the expandable ones are awful and don't last.

Having a wall mounted reel works well, no effort to unroll, and fairly easy to wind back.
