Well Sommerfield are doing the exact same model under a different brand (micromaxx or something) for the bargain tastic price of £129 
Its got the same flip out GPS antenna and comes bundled with GPS software but its also more than happy running Tom Tom (I'm running TT5 on mine) you also get the cradle, car charger etc thrown in.
Should you want to try and search the interweb for reviews / comments etc try searching for MDPPC 150 which seems to be the name for the package that all the clones go under. And I believe the model of the PDA is identical to the Mitac Mio 168.
