Any of you guys come to renew with toob yet? Just had our renewal notice through, and they want £29.
My parents renewed theirs a few weeks ago and it was only £25 again.
 
It went from £25 to £29 when I renewed last year. I moved house a couple of months ago and was able to take my Toob service with me but I had to re-contract. Interestingly that dropped it back to £25 for some reason. It can’t hurt to call and ask.

Thanks. I tried too people on web chat.I think the second was retentions. Then tried calling but on hold for so long I gave up. Just renewed.

Might change next time and go to sky 900 as they use the city fibre network.
 
How are Toob?

My parents deal with no one is up in around 2 months time and was looking at options for them this company appeared to be cheapest plus none of this long contract with price increases.
 
I’ve been with them 18 months they have been great. Just renewed for another 18 months. Ping times dropped and help my counter strike score :) downloads and upload super fast and when there was an outage they fixed it next day (someone had cut through cable in road)

We've been with them since early June. We've had one outage that lasted overnight, and I never go to the bottom of what caused it. But other than that, it has been rock solid. Both me and my wife work from home and we've had no problems at all. The only thing I would say is that the router isn't quite good enough to blanket our house (approx 1700 sq ft) but it's a bit of an odd layout that has been extended a few times. So I'm thinking of getting another node off eBay to help with that.

For the price (£25 a month) I'm really happy. And even more so now that I don't have to deal with Virgin Media or pay their high prices anymore!

I had some problems with intenet dropping out. Called them and they sent someone out next day and fitted an updated wall box. The engineer said it's common problem. Things all good now.

So if you have toob see if you can get a new box!
