Hi guys after 1 of my modules screwing up i filled out the g.skill rma form and as stated a few days later i received a email telling me of g.skills appologies for the ram *blah blah blah* and telling me that Xue-hao will be dealing with my case but it has been 4 days since i received this email and have heard nothing more? How long does it usually take for a follow up from g.skill, and what is the full rma process that you have to go through?
