Anyone running a quad q6600 in a Gigabyte DS4 V1.0?

I have a ds4 v1 and will be upgrading to quad in a couple of weeks. Does this board work ok with quads and will it allow me to overclock the cpu to atleast 3.2g? I've got 4gb of giel ddr2 800 also.

I had my Q6600 in my Rev 1.0 DS3 and it ran fine.

Wouldn't clock past a 333fsb, but that's a P965 limitation.
