Anyone see the problem with the colours here?

Need for Speed Shift 2. Haven't tried my video card with any other games since installing it, so I don't know if it's a game issue or card issue.

Here's a 1080p video I just made. I've posted the same on the need for speed EA forum to see if they know if it's a game issue or not.
Video shows the proper colours at the start. I then quit the circuit, go to a random menu, go back and load the circuit again, and then you'll see the colours have changed/faded. Look at the racing line, grass, sky and car colours and compare to before and after I quit to menu. I tried to record minimising the game to desktop then maximising the game which would show the colours back just the same as the start of the video, but fraps doesn't do that. But take my word for it. This has been happening randomly for a while, but does it all the time on this circuit. Would you be able to say if it's a game thing more than a video card or monitor issue?

Won't be a monitor issue if you can see it in a video (unless its a capture of the monitor itself). Does the game have variable time of day or something like that?

As above, can't be the monitor. It just follows orders and displays what it's told to.

Probably a game issue. EA suck.

I hope it's just a game issue as it's easy to fix by just minimising the game and maximising it again. If it were my 4 month old 5850, that would be a pain. Rroff, it's a fraps recording. Yeah, it has Day and Dusk and I'm always set to Day. Dusk looks completely different to that faded look I'm getting. Someone on the EA NFS Shift forum just said "The game does have several different weather backgrounds that effect the level of lighting. These backgrounds are not dependent on the time of day. But from the sounds of it it's an issue with the graphics card." But this doesn't look like a different weather background to me, just faded colours, and the car colours kind of prove that.
