Anyone speak spanish?

Hey, I'm going to tenerife tomorrow, and I'm not too trusting with the translation services (google etc).


Anyway, would anyone be able to write out in spanish a translation for this, so when I go to restaurants I can repeat it.

It needs to be something along the lines of

"I am allergic to peanuts, peanut oil and nuts. Does this food contain any of these."

That should be enough for them to get the idea. Never heard of peanut oil though so I've just translated it directly as 'oil of peanuts'.
