Anyone still play GTR2?

As with most things, when I buy one thing, I tend to buy other bits to accompany it, so on Saturday I picked up my Logitech Driving Force Pro steering wheel (it's very good btw) and this has culminated in the purchase of several driving games, the most recent of these being GTR2

So I was wondering who still plays this, I'm assuming it's been out for a while and that there's a half decent modding community for it?

I got GTR2 the other week. It's great fun and it feels better than GTR but it has now started to crash to desktop and BSOD during races . Not got any mods for it, but when I played the first GTR there were loads of car skins and other bits for it.

I play this almost every day using the 360 wheel, i still sort of suck but i'm improving lol

Ive found it for £8.87 online delivered......rather tempted to get a copy as i love the first one....is it much better?

Me and my friends play GTR2.

Mine isn't the original, so we play it over Hamachi which is a VPN bit of software which allows us to play against each other as if we were on a LAN.

Very good game.

I find tacking off some down force and adding hard rears helps even further.

Play it every day at the moment, infact its my most played game.

Buying gtr and not getting an online card in the brand new sealed box
put me off their games for life shocking they are still selling it without
the online card.Live for speed is better IMO.

Hi , In GTR2 theres no Card with codes, Its printed on the back on the manual , I also had a miss print with Gtr and also Gt Legends, But they seen too of have sorted the problem with GTR2

You only need the clutch for starting and stopping, like in F1. I use a digital button with sensitivity as far down as possible. This gives me better starts and gets rid of the annoying auto clutch that doesn't do what you want it to and is far too slow.
