Anyone still use ehiem pumps?

Hi,

My water cooling kit has sat in my garage for years (it's from roughly 10 years ago)

But in there are a single 120 rad, a double 120 rad ( both black Ice I believe), single bay res and a ehiem 1210 pump.

My plan is to just buy new water blocks and tubing and re use these parts.

What are opinions on this pump?

They're still pretty good tbh, I'd make a mock up loop outside and make sure everything is running okay. BTW what componants areyou going to cool?

Id say try it out first to see if it still works, if it still does then I'd keep it. If not then get a more recent pump.

The AquaComputer Aquastream pumps sold here are EHEIM pumps with some new features like USB control, they are still good pumps

Powerful but noisy - used to have one about 10 years ago - I recall the rubber band suspension method helping to reduce its noise

make sure you flush the rads out, and check for any crap in the pump if possible.
