My work pay for my connection, so im stuck with em, my Flex 1000 now downloads ftp at a steady 43kb/s peak time, they are obviously packet shaping as it shoots up to 100kbs+ after about midnight.

Is everyone else getting crappy speeds on all packages now? They said originally they will only be packet shaping and throttling the Evo options, but now it seems like they are doing all accounts.

Im trying to convince work to change all accounts to Zen. Eclipse is so crap. now (been with them for about 6 years....)

On flext500, I personally havent noticed ANY traffic shapping or contention..

I have downloaded 2 months 24/7 (110gb and 97gb for Feb + March according to netmeter)

Havent bothered trying anything else as on unlimited BB for £18 a month, and as Im so far out 512kb is max i can have so no reason / need to move

I was still with them 2weeks ago, i have since moved to aol. I was on an 8meg profile and there top service and could very rarely get download speeds to go over 2meg, which was really annoying. Now that i have migrated to aol i am getting much better download speeds aswell as having a stable ping so can now play games online again. Eclipse used to be awsome when it was just their flex packages they offered, but have started to go the way of plusnet i feel.

yups same here but im still with them sadly, but my patience is running very thin since kingstons takeover and maxdsl it has gone down the toilet :(

I'm just about to leave as well. An unacceptable level of disconnects and useless customer service has finally pushed me to it. For an example, my 2Mb connection was running at 264kb when I did a speed test today!

Zen looks the way to go......
