Just lately my upper back just below my ribs has been giving me some jip. Can't figure out what i've done to set it off as normally suffering from sciatica it would be my lower back if anything so this is a suprise as its not something i've ever had problems with.
On one side its great because as soon as my alarm goes off i can't spend more than 5mins in bed so i am up and ready for work.
The pain usually subsides after a couple of hours so i am wondering if it is actually a strained muscle and it might fix itself or if its worth a trip to the quacks (Haven't been in 20yrs)
