Anyone tried the Bose Triport in ear earphones?

Buy anything else except BOSE.

I have the westone UM-1's. AWesome IEM's for the money. Nice neutral-warm sound, fantastic isolation too. Build may look a bit flimsy but boy have they taken a lot of tugs and punishment over the last year.

Thanks for suggestions. The problem with these things is getting a listen before you buy. I currently use a pair of cheapo Koss's. Did try Shure E2C's but couldn't get on with them, just coildn't get a comfortable fit no matter what bud i tried!

Ye a little hard to try as i don' think anyone would let other peoples sticky ears come near them, i wouldn't.

If you want something really cheap that is unbeatable for the price, then the koss ksc-75 fits the bill. They are clip-type phones that go over the ears, but for the £7 i picked them up for their sound is sublime. Also have a look at the etymotic er6i. My housemate had them and they were pretty good. Isolation was better than my westones, so much so that he never heard me knocking on his door, i literally had to run up to him in his room and poke him :D
