Just wondering if anyone had any experience with the madcatz gamepad pro - http://hardware.teamxbox.com/reviews/xbox-360/35/Mad-Catz-GamePad-Pro/p1/
the trigger buttons look quite interesting.

i have a controller thats similar to that. The triggers are v v annoying they manage to catch your finger in them. But overall the feel of it is quite nice.

I have, bought it in the hope that the d-pad would be good enough to use with Pro Evo.

The official pad is better in all aspects, except the d-pad which is marginally better on the madcatz pad (but still not good enough).

The triggers are too springy as well imo.

I always find that Unofficial controllers have flappy/loose sticks that basically render them useless. On the trigger issue that the review talks about, I don't think I have ever hit the shoulder buttons instead of the triggers by accident. Has anyone else had this problem?

Ah that's a shame - was hoping the triggers would be more precise - they look like they have far more travel than the MS pad.
