hi,

got this supplied with my virgin cable install but all i can see on the dd-wrt site is a D1 model ?

Have tried a couple of versions of the DD-WRT firmware with my D4, but find when maxing out my connection via downloads, the router just dies. I lose my lan connectivity and have to reboot the router.

Anyone else found this?
 
i've held off at the moment kona, purely due to seeing people getting issues since the start of the upload testing/implementation, i didn't want to chance causing issue's being as mine was going ok.
 
Flashed mine and the wireless speed has dropped to between 4-6MB.
As I'm on the 50MB virgin service I was not best pleased to say the least.

Messed around with variouss settings, and tried it wired (which I get the full 50MB BTW) and managed to get up to 10MB wireless.

Since got another Dir-615 router with the V1.0 firmware on & I'm getting 20-25MB on wireless & 50MB wired.

Think I'll be sticking to the original firmware. :D
