anyone use Blue Iris Camera software- need help

I have the blue iris software setup on my laptop, all working correctly.

I now wish to use the Andoid app, however i keep getting "unable to connect". I am asked for the following info...

Is m local server my PC that the blue iris is installed on.. ie 192.168.1.107
IS External server address my IP Address? ie 20.53.778.259
Is the username and password the login for my windows on the pc that the software is installed on?

Ive tried all the options i know, now im going a little mad :/

I managed to do it.

For future reference its the settings under web server and the blue iris login name and password.
