Anyone use Bluetooth headset/mic in Apex Legends or COD Warfare?

I've been trying for an hour to get this working, unsuccessfully.

If I disable the mic in Windows sound control panel, I can hear the games audio

If I don't disable the mic, I can't hear the game audio or my friends talking, but they can hear me talking.

It's so frustrating. This is why I used to just play multiplayer games on XBOX!

These work fine in Windows when the games aren't running.

Tried Bose QC 35 II's and Apple Airpod Pro's and both have the same issue.

hi man . unfortunately there is nothing you can. do its all about how the bluetooth headphones use their inbuild codecs..and they can only act in stereo without mic or mono with mic.. only way to solve it is to get a separste mic, i select the mic integrated into my webcam.

this is one of the limitations of bluetooth

I thought that might have been it. Weird thing is they seem to work in Xbox Gamepass games.

My friend has random issues with his Arctis 9x, he's just moved from xbox to PC.

He sometimes has odd audio issues, not 100% sure how he has them connected mind.
