Stumbled on this while browsing cPanel.

I enabled it and in three days it says it's managed to save 67MB out of 112MB bandwidth!

That's pretty sweet and for free as well! They say it makes your site faster as well because it's cached in many locations.

It can be faster, but if it's pulling dynamic content from the host on every request, then it can also slow things down depending on the exact location of the nearest node.

Worth giving a try to see how you get on though.
