Hi All

Does anyone use Dragon Pass for lounge access from a bank account etc ? Thinking about upgrading my bank account to get 6 lounge passes a year but went to look at the app and the app gets slated saying they cant register, its useless etc. Im thinking its probably not worth it if I cant get to use it properly but wondered if anyone has had any luck with it? Cheers

Nor Dragon Pass but had Priority Pass and had mixed results, In UK you often will be refused entry using card schemes as they "are full" a few let you pay extra and pre book but there are more that don't

Abroad we have had more luck

The problem with these lounge access cards in the last few years is that the lounges aren't of a sufficient capacity to allow you to walk up at peak times and get access as they will be full to pre-booked guests. Go back 10-15 years and you could walk up and get in no problem at all.

I had a PriorityPass for a while with an Amex card and then LoungeKey via my Curve card and never had any issue getting into a lounge, UK or abroad.
The Curve Card I did need to pay £10 for entry though.

I did notice that Revolut offer it as a perk on some of their cards although I think its DragonPass they use but I haven't used it

I get discounted dragon passes through barclays and the app has worked fine.

As said though, UK lounge capacity is pretty terrible, so check the reviews of the lounges you plan on using most frequently to see how often people get turned away. Most lounges let you reserve entry in advance for £5 or so, but you may resent doing that when you're supposed to be getting free entry anyway
