Anyone use HP insight Manager to monitor servers ?

Hi,

recently have setup HP Insight Manager to monitor all our servers. Was wondering

1.) How do i set up the disk quote section doesn't seem to do a lot really.

2.) Is it possible to monitor certain services on certain severs, such as the print spooler service on our printer server ?

Hmm, i've just looked at our setup. I think you need a special ability to be able to use HPIM, something that I lack

I have looked at the services part but it doesn't show their state for some reason. Must be a way to do so, i'll ask someone else tomorrow who knows a bit more about it

Here we go.

Control Panel > HP Management Agents. When that opens goto the "Process Monitor" tab, click on a Process and say if you want a report when it Stops, Starts or Both.

Should do the trick.
