Anyone use ovh.co.uk?

Does anyone here use ovh.co.uk for their dedicated or virtual servers?

What are they like? Network uptime? Hardware problems?

They use tower systems and although generally fine, the only problem is if you need to contact support it might be 24-48 hours for a one line response. Likewise, should you experience a hardware issue, a replacement might not necessarily happen very quickly.

On their website, they quote 1 hour response on Hardware. Is this not the case?

Personally i haven't used them but general consensus seems to be a bit hit or miss.
Worthing having a look on WebHostingTalk.com and also Lowendtalk.com where you'll find a fair few reviews as they tend to be used in lowend VPS reselling.
