Anyone use the Icemat Siberia's?

My medusa's have failed and broken this is the second pair ive had so i give up, thinking of going for the siberia's anyone have any? any good? and if your a css player can you hear footsteps and judge how close they are etc easily?

i have not used the siberia's but i would highly recommend getting a proper set of headphones(not gaming ones) and a seperate mic
