Anyone use Vonage?

Just heard of it, looks like £12 per month for unlimted call to landlines and mobiles, maybe out of date prices though, looks a good deal?

We used it in the office until recently. The home package with their own router is very good, it worked well on our wireless broadband in the office and we never had a problem.

The business voip package we moved to however is total garbage with a crap UI and so many problems and crappy call centres with no clue that we had to leave.
