Anyone used a HDMI 2.1 extender cable?

I've got some HDMI 2.1 cables that were installed in my wall, but they aren't accessible to change around. I think they are 2 metres long.

I could do with extending one by 1.5 metres.

Will this degrade the signal significantly? I use 4k/120hz 10bit HDR from my PC to my TV.

Any recommendations for extender cables?
