With the sender being just "message" and would like to know who its from. We thought it might be from applause store but on the site its not listed?

Anyone else had this?

Used them quite a lot, but not recently. Never had any texts like this from them in the past.

Did you apply for tickets directly with the BBC?

Nope through applause store which is weird. Looks like we won't be going then
