Anyone used Bitlocker to Go and Server 2008 R2 ?

Hi,

Just wondering if anyone has had a chance to test Bitlocker To Go on a Windows Server 2008 R2 machine ?

Just wondering how it works, or is it identical to Windows 7 machines ?

I guess more interesting, is it possible to pass through the data through a Terminal Services / citrix session ?

Not used but the basics is you can still copy files to that machine using the \\name\c$ or terminal services then on the machine it gets encrypted or vice versa it gets decrypted. It's only when you try and mount the file system in DOS or as a second hard drive that you can't see anything as the OS has not mounted anything.

I don't see any reason why BtG won't work on Server 2008 R2, but you'll probably have to enable Bitlocker first.
