Anyone used Hazro RMA service?

Hi

Just sent nrly 2 year old 30" monitor to hazro for a Screen fault (burn in effect)

Who else has used the RMA? just looking to see if anyone else has had any experiences with it.

I sent it here:
Hazro Technologies
Unit 1 ~ 2 Anderton Road
(next to the Birmingham Hotel)
Small Heath
Birmingham B11 1TG

But for the life of me i cant find it on google maps -.-
 
This is not the place to be discussing RMAs. We use outsourced warranty providers for receiving stock - depends on the model really.

Was just asking if anyone had experiances.

Hazro are

Hazro are difficult to get a hold.
Hazro not replying to messages sent on their contact us page.
But then neither did Overclockers at least I could call them.
They didn't have a number for Hazro though.

It all leaves the wrong impression and taking this down will mean I won't buy from overclockers again.

I was happy with it 27WC until it went all fuzzy, now I'm looking elsewhere for a replacement. What a shame!

Nice customer service skills you have there. I won't be buying anything Hazro in future based on what I've seen here.
