Anyone used Novuna finance?

Tried to buy a GPU through finance. Accepted,signed agreement but my order still says ordered and on the bottom it says to complete the agreement, when I click it it takes me to novuna which says it's all good and takes me back to the store. It's a little bit confusing especially that I cannot see the agreement on the novuna app, nor I don't have an agreement number but I got the signed documents copy.

Anyone who did this could help maybe? I contacted OCUK support but heard nothing so far.

Because I can't afford the lump sum but I can easily pay it off within a year with 0 interest ? People like you should be banned from the platform, if you have nothing constructive to add then please don't even try.

Well you didn't say it was 0% - In that case fair enough.

Nobody should be getting in debt to buy a GPU is what I meant.

It solved itself really, there was a day of delay between novuna and ocuk. I got the confirmation of order next day and day after my finance agreement number. Received the GPU today.

They used to be Hitachi Finance iirc but merged/acquired or some such. Anyway I've used Hitachi in the past for 0% stuff and all was fine back then. Nobody seems to have complained about them either as never seen a GD thread about them so must be a good sign

Plus it's only going to be for a year so not really a big deal for 0% and peace of mind?

Loving the thread as there’sa risk of it becoming a dumpster fire.

But to give you a somewhat serious answer -
Just wait on support. But remember it’s super close to Xmas and the store will have been hammered.

The finance stuff has to be manually sorted by Ocuk, which is why @Gibbo said card only if you wanted a card when then went up yesterday.

You’ll now be on a pre order.
