Just having a look at email archiving solutions for use with Exchange 2010 and 2016.
The one we currently use is not well received as it lumps all user emails together rather than replicating their folder structure.

Appears that SonaVault does this, which would be a huge advantage.

Any comments, opinions helpful, including other options.

I'll have a look.
I hadn't really given it much attention as 2010 and earlier were not very good with the built in archiving from what I had read, hence looking at third parties.

What happens if you move an email (in your mailbox) from one folder to another after it has been archived? The archive is meant to be a permanent record of your email, so I'm a little dubious about it keeping the folder structure -- that sounds more like a sync rather than an archive.
