Anyone used Wheelcourier.com before?

My dad used them to fetch a hardtop and they messed him about a lot.
The people it needed to be picked up from were quite annoyed too as they stayed in a couple of times! Dont remember exactly what happened but as fair as I know the once they had forgotten to book the delivery and on the last occasion the pick up failed because it wasn't wrapped up (They had said this was fine intially when dad was booking with them).
They stopped replying to ebay messages and to emails then paypal refused to help as the transaction had occured to long ago!
In the end dad had to drive the ~280 mile round trip and fetch it himself!
