If so, how did it go?

It's looking extremely likely that my recent PC troubles with hard crashes is due to my 780 and I'll be sending it off soon(To where?).

That link; scroll to bottom for warranty.

- customer’s name

- date of registration

- photocopied purchase receipt and registration certificate

- description of the defect

- system specifications and operating system.

It's a bit cheeky to advertise 5yrs warranty on the store page when you only get that if you register within 28 days. They could have in bold letters "only if registered within 28 days" or you get the standard 2 year warranty. I'm sure a fair few have missed out by forgetting to register their card within the time frame.

Pretty sure they come with a warranty card reminder to register.

mine didn't come with a reminder but I activated the warranty the day I received the card and then checked with customer support online to make sure they have it. All good on the 5 years.

I doubt you'd be using it after 3 years anyway. hahaha
Its pretty much standard with extended warranties to have to register to activate nowadays to be fair.

Goddamn, ZOTAC have replied to me about my RMA query and I'd have to send it to freakin' Hong Kong.

My next GPU purchase is definitely going to be a vendor that has a UK RMA centre.

Hey, did you send the graphics card off? If so, have you had a replacement back yet?

Zotac asked you to sent card to Hong Kong? Something not right!

I did a bit of research found that Zotac do have UK RMA base in Reading, so did you told Zotac where you are from? Then they would direct it to Zotac UK RMA base, not Hong Kong RMA base.

I would suggest you to sent Zotac another email ask them to change RMA address from Hong Kong to UK.
