Anyone using BES 10 yet?

We are looking at going from BES 5 Express to BES 10 so that we can start to use the new handsets.

I am a little confused regards licensing.
I know there is no free version of BES10 like BES 5 Express, but I am getting conflicting information.

Blackberry websites goes on about purchasing device cals for each handset.
Our provider, T-Mobile has suggested that the device license is included in their monthly tarrif, rather than a licence cost itself.

Are they just different ways of t doing the same thing? if so any experience of long term cost of either?
I haven't yet found Blackberry direct/reseller costs for cals to compare.

nope will bin bes after our last device needs it, we have two new bb10s and they are now using activesync. everyone wants iphones O_x

Decision maker is not a fan of Apple products so that is unlikely for us.
We have one Z10 which uses ActiveSync too but long term still think the control BES gives is good.
How do you manage devices, especially iPhones?
One of the big issues he had with them was needing a separate iTunes account for each one to activate and use.
