Hope this is the right forum but need some advice
Just off the phone from BT and got my phone and broadband package down by another £8 a month after threatening to leave them after getting a hefty monthly bill.
While on the phone, the customer service rep tried to sell BT Vision to me. For £17.99 they will throw in the TV receiver box, a new improved black BT HomeHub and two D-lan plugs.
I don't watch much TV but the rest of the family does. The kids like Nick Jr & Disney; the missus likes Living TV, E4, the usual American dramas etc.
I currently have a fairly basic Sky TV package + Disney for which I am paying £28 a month and is mutli-room (using a Sky-eye in two other rooms).
Just wondering if anyone here is using BT Vision and what your experiences have been and would you recommend it or not. If its of any help, I do download quite a bit every month and game online most nights (MW2 etc).
Looking forward to getting some replies. Thanks.
