I started using PIA about 3 months ago, so far it has been close to useless.
Sometimes I can connect to US East or Netherlands and get a 15-20mbs connection but that is rare and most the time it's 1-3mbs, even when I speed test it, it maybe quite fast but then an hour later and it's back to 1-2.
I'm using their client on Win 8.1 and I have tried different gateways and port numbers. Anyone got any tips, settings, servers or ports to try? Mainly just using it with Utorrent. I have also tried using the port forwarding so taking the Netherlands gateway port for example and entering it into Utorrent connection settings but that makes hardly any difference.
I have read through their FAQ's and also opened a support ticket which just told me to try different ports etc.
Is there any better VPN's that maybe worth a look?
