Hi.

Just wondering if anyone who uses this has checked the "my correspondence" area and notice all the gif images of the documents don't show up? :confused:

I'm trying to check my payment schedule letter as it appears they are going to pay £2200 to the college for the fees yet it's only supposed to be £1225 :eek:
 
Done mine all by post as the first time i tried to use the site it didnt work at all. Got my letter through ages ago with all the money stuff on it :)
 
Well I just called them and the woman did not seem to understand much, must have been polish or something :rolleyes:

I have to either get the college to contact student finance direct to get the loan reduced or mess about printing forms off, I selected the maximum but I am sure I was told that they amount paid to the college would only be the amount the college require for the fees yet it's over £1000 extra :mad:
 
Just to clear things up, is your uni in london ?

I think £1225 was the old amount of fees before the top up fees. So if you were joining uni in 05 i think it was but i can't quite remember.

They may be including fees to uni and the money they give you up then as far as i can remember £1225 could also be the mount of your first payment but i think they usually give you the full amount over the year, but things could have changed.

There bloody usless...

I filled in the form and clicked the 'Maximum Amount' box for my tuition fees (£3225) and they sent a form out saying im only aloud £1610...This would be fine if it went on my parents financial information BUT IT DOESNT!!

:mad: Now I have to refill out a Tuition Fee Loan application form and send it off AGAIN...****!
