Anyone want to help walk-through o/c an E7400 :-)

I tried to overclock my E7400 maybe a year or so ago but everytime just when I thought I had it it would fail Prime95 or when it would pass it it would fail another test. I was so close to getting a good o/c but got fed up in the end and went back to stock.

Hoping there is someone who could help with a walk thorough guide so maybe I could get a successful o/c

here are my specs

Intel E7400
Asus P5Q Pro P45 Chipset
4Gb ( 2 x 2GB ) Corsair DDR2 1066MHz
Blue Orb heatsink and fan

Is this enough info to start if anyone want to lend a hand !!!
 
i know you can get those chips to 4Ghz, i have the E7300 ands its pretty simple on a gigabyte board but i've forgotten how i did mine.
