Here's the game in simple to follow steps:

2. Choose one and go to your first contact

3. Close your eyes and keep pressing down for 30 seconds

4. Stop and Send it. (with your eyes closed still, bonus if you don't check your sent box)

5. ???

6. Profit / Hilarity ensues

7. Post the reply you get
