Morning.

As per title, I've just watercooled my Red Devil.

Questioning some of the temps, wondering whether I've done it right/well enough.

Hotspot in Tropico 5 (which admittedly thrashes the GPU at maxed-out 144Hz) is hitting 103 degrees- although reported 'GPU temp' is in the forties.
Mem controller up near the 80s, but fairly stable at that. VRMs hovering mid-forties at idle and mid-sixties under load.

I've seen a few folks saying don't take the hotspot value too seriously, but that seems a little high to me.
Everything is working, no artefacting or crashing, FPS still as good as before.

Obviously trying to avoid taking it all apart and going again, so any input and opinion welcome!

For watercooling the hotspot is too high. Did you use the retention bracket the card has or the alphacool block screws? (I believe only thats compatible to Red Devil).

I used the screws that came with the Alphacool.

When you say retention bracket, do you mean the square thing with the four legs, that goes behind the GPU die? Because that's not in there at all.

Didn't think I did too bad considering I've never done this before, and the block didn't come with any form of instructions...
