Anyone who doesn't want Undertow

If you ring up Microsoft customer services and explain that you already have Undertow, they will credit your account with 800 MS Points, a friend of mine did this yesterday.

http://www.consumerdirect.gov.uk/contact?action=complain I've basically outlined the whole story, and told them I dont think a free mini-game is suitable compensation, and asked them what they think about it.

No, not downloaded it and not going to. But OP said that if you didn't want it, it may be a way to get the 800 points anyway.
