Just curious. I never use 123 Reg but a client has been sent a notice that his domain has an issue - 'Invalid registrant name' (will post another thread regarding that subject). However I submitted a support ticket to 123 Reg via the clients control panel early this morning and I've had nothing back in reply, ticket status is showing as 'Waiting'. Not even an acknowledgement that they have received a support request. I appreciate it is Sunday but has anyone who has used 123 Reg in the past got an estimate of how long they take to get back to customers?
