Could you run HD tach on the microsd, and post the results with the brand of your microsd?

I've got a MicroSD HD in my other phone so I can try to test that later if that is any use? It won't be until after 5ish tonight though.

Ok, MicroSD card that I got free with the phone (branded Nokia but I'd suspect Sandisk manufactured) used through an old card reader gives the below results.
