Any chance you can post a sample of a raw shot from your lens, i want to see if i have a soft copy.

Can't do so while i'm at uni but mine is fairly soft around the edges, as I expected with an ultra wide.

centre sharpness is fairly good.

Post some examples up wez so we can see what its like? If you have a look on my Deviantart page, anything wih the focal range of 10-18mm will have been shot with the 10-20mm, but most of these will have been processed quite a bit as well.

Couple of 100% crops from mine, both at f/16 @ 10mm on a tripod:

tbh I'm a bit disappointed with the sharpness of mine, but maybe that's the norm.

Not 100% crops, but these were taken with my 20D and Sigma 10-20mm, I'm pretty happy with it! All taken at 10mm.

thanks for the samples guys, mine seems perfectly fine for indoors shotsbut it seems noisy more than soft for outdoor shots.
