Anyone with any feedback on Aquiss ISP

Hi guys just trying to get some feedback on Aquiss as a good or bad ISP. Over the years I have been with AOL,Wanadoo and Pipex(All 1 mb connections) who I just left for Eclipse(ADSL Max) and having been with them for 3 weeks I can honestly say seem to be P.O.S(Timeouts,huge packet loss,1/4mb speeds most of the time and all this for £30 pounds what good value). I mainly use the connection for gaming and mainly play Farcry and Call of duty2 which are played on 2 servers we rented from the now defunct GD Hosts. I recently spoke to Martin at Aquiss and was amazed at his apparent helpfulness and the package I am looking at is there Office max which comprises of Upto 8mb/45gb peak/330gb offpeak and a 20-1 contention ratio for £32.50 with a 1 month contracts. The only other provider that seems to have a generally good rep is Zen,so if anyone has any feedback on Aquiss good or bad could you let me know as I should have my mac by tomorrow and be signing up to one or the other soon.

I asked the very same question on another forum today.
I too am fed up with Eclipse.
I've looked into Aquiss' reputation on several ISP/ADSL forums and they get very good praise all round, especially for the customer service which is meant to be superb.

I considered Zen but their caps are quite low and also IDNet, but they're having bad problems with pings and being an online gamer that put me off.

Aquiss are an Entanet reseller, although they do have there own service and are not a pure reseller like UKFSN (which you should also checkout).

I haven't heard of any problems with them, I have just migrated away from Eclipse as well and I am due to be activated at UKFSN on the 27th of this month

I am currently on UKFSN and have just finished my 10 day test period and everything seems a lot smoother, syncing between 7 to 8mb and getting 768kb/s on my last speed test. Pings seem fine aswell around 24ms to 30ms at most times.

Im with Aquiss. I must say they are excellent. Their customer service is top notch. An example

Ive not been with another max provider so cannot comment on that but Im very happy.
