Anyone with experience with power line AP? Mainly Devolo

Hi guys,

See below. My iPhone is only ever capped at 1mbps, it's verging on usuable when connect to that AP. I have a further two access points that are DLAN 500's and they're the same. Any ideas?

I've recently reset them. Other devices fluctuate between 20-70mb

Have you ran a speed test on the device in question?

When connected to that AP it's around 0.38mb download! If connected to the router it's 29mb dl

Firmware up to date? In that case there's defiantly an issue with them. Are they in warranty? I would be tempted to contact their support dept as I dare say they are faulty.

Get your device reset and set up from scratch if you haven't done already.

Firmware is the latest yeah. They're well out of warranty annoyingly.

The stupid thing is my wife's iPhone gets 70mb odd so it would suggest my phone?

Oh now you mention that part it could be. Do a reset on your phone and on the kit then test first before doing anything else.

What model are the phones?

Mine is an iPhone 6s Plus. Wife's just a 6.

This never used to happen though.

I've just changed the SSID to something unique so I know I'm connected to it and also enabled mac filtering so I'm the only device connected. At first it was sitting at 55mb the. It dropped to 1mb. It might be my phone but it's fine when connected to my router?
