Anyone with experience with steelseries CS?

So my steelseries kana v2 has packed up got a error saying a USB device has malfunctioned then noticed my mouse wasnt working, tried a firmware update and a driver update neither have worked. Havent had the mouse for that long. Unfortunatly i didnt buy it from OcUK and ive misplaced my receipt so cant take it back to the retailer so contacting CS is my last resort before buying a new mouse.
 
My Siberia v2s had developed a microphone problem (I am on my 3rd pair I think). I had sent them directly to SS. I had misplaced my receipt too. I had told them that the v2s weren't out for more than 2 years, so my warranty couldn't have been expired. They accepted and I sent it too them.

I think you send to Denmark, not quite sure.
 
Ah yes, I forgot!

I had an Orange SSV2 and they had sent back a black one. I was not happy because the Orange costs a bit more (although I paid normal price). They had upgraded me to a SSV2 + Soundcard bundle. They didn't tell me before I noticed. Needless to say, I was not happy. At least ask me to chose the color! Don't just send me a black one. Really, I wasn't that bothered as I just got a free soundcard, but I was not happy on how they handled it.

Second time around I was quite annoyed, because the new SSv2 was only 6 months old. I pay some €15 to send it. I asked for some sort of compensation, and they said they will send me a mousepad. It didn't come with the packet so I messaged them. They said that it was a mistake because they had a new warehouse person. I was ok with it, but it never arrived. Asked them 2/3 times more, but I never got it.

So yeah, not the best after sales service, but not terrible either.
 
Just a update on this, they agreed to RMA it, kindly asked if they would cover the postage they also said the same about the mousepad. So i decided for the money it will cost me to send it away and the turn around period ill just buy myself a new mouse. Thinking of going for a corsair mouse now.
