Anyone with extra copy with Dirt 2

Hey has anyone got a spare copy of dirt 2 from the dirt 3 per-order.
I don't want to seem like a opportunist or anything but I just wanted to check, if no body does have an extra copy will try to buy it.

yes i have but why wont steam let me gift pass it over,is that because my copy of dirt 2 is on retail

If you didn't but it from steam I don't think you can gift it to steam users.
