Did you send them the Hard Disk as well?
Or should I detatch that and just send them the console on its own?

I've had my 360 repaired twice, both times I sent it without a faceplate, both times they returned it with a brand new one attached!

Talkng of face plates my core system had a broken face plate so i called ms and they sent me a HD back in return by mistake whats the chance of that. hehe thx ms

Mind you some poor sod prob waiting for HD and had my face plate instead.

I got a free controller out of them.. When I took my broken 360 back it was minus a controller and the store gave me a whole new replacement....
